Please contact us, in the unlikely event that you encounter any issues upon receiving your Leylupas.

All jewellery items sold on Leylupas.com are unique, and handmade. Some items might be similar, but no two pieces will ever be the same. Our designs are our own, using different weaving (and other) techniques and an array of different materials. We highly value the use of high quality materials, and use semi-precious stones and rough gems from around the world, fire polished Czech crystals, Miyuki and Preciosa seed beads, 925 Sterling Silver, black finished and gold plated Sterling Silver, Argentium Silver, 9, 14 or 18 ct Gold, to name a few. We provide a small description of each piece, including its size and weight, and explain how the inspiration for each collection came to be.

We take great care when packing each item and therefore we are not responsible for any damage that might occur to the product due to mishandling by the shipping company.

All jewellery items sold on Leylupas.com are refundable when notifying us within the first 14 days of receiving your product. Please note that you will need to cover the shipping (with tracking) expense.
