We offer free, recorded delivery, shipping on all orders to the United Kingdom. For other countries in Europe, please do not hesitate to contact us for further information.

Orders are, usually, processed and shipped within 2 working days. You will receive an email with confirmation of your order, followed by another email once your Leylupas has been shipped (this will contain your tracking number and link). If you would like to receive your Leylupas urgently, please contact us via email so that we can help.

Please feel free to drop us a line, should you have any questions, or would like to personalise your Leylupas to be shipped as a gift (with a card).

Please kindly note that Leylupas cannot be held accountable for conditions beyond our control, such as delivery delays due to weather disruptions, or lost or stolen parcels.
